FAQ
Common Questions
Before you book — the things people usually want to know first.
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy typically treats diagnosed conditions and works with the past. This works with the architecture producing your present — the patterns, beliefs, and environments still running your life right now. Many clients work with both.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you're working with. Some shifts happen in a single conversation. Others — like the case studies on this site — take months, because real architecture doesn't rebuild itself in an hour. There's no fixed number. That's why packages exist: to match the commitment to the actual work, not a guess.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Every architecture is different, which means every conversation is too — there's no script that works for everyone. What I can promise is the method: careful observation, no generic advice, and complete honesty if I think this isn't the right fit for what you need.
Why don't you offer a free consultation?
Because the first few minutes of a session are often where the real work already starts. Giving that away for free would mean giving away the thing you're actually paying for.
