My Story
I was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus. In 2010 I moved to Moscow. In 2019 I moved again — this time to Goa, India, still looking for answers to the question that runs through this whole story. I've been here ever since, and I'm not planning to leave.
I wasn't taught how to see what's invisible.
I had to learn it, the hard way, starting with my own life.
The Pattern
It went back further than I first realised.
I grew up around alcoholism and violence, in a family where being yourself often came at a price I paid with my body and my safety, not just my feelings.
For years I unconsciously recreated the same patterns, choosing people, relationships, and environments that reflected what I had learned to call love.
I kept repeating the same story without realizing I was living inside an invisible architecture built long before I was old enough to choose it.
The Question
Everything changed when I began asking one simple question:
Why do we keep creating the same life over and over again?
It started with myself. Then the people closest to me. Then the systems I grew up inside — school, family, culture.
Each one had its own architecture — none of them the same.
But the same question kept working, no matter where I pointed it: what invisible structure is producing this?
The architecture is different everywhere. The way of finding it isn't.
That's when the question stopped being personal.
That question became the beginning of a journey that has now lasted twenty-three years.
I studied on my own — psychology, systems thinking, neuroscience, philosophy, nutrition, tantra, psychedelic-assisted self-exploration, and thousands upon thousands of hours of radical self-reflection.
I wasn't searching for another theory. I was searching to understand how anything holds its shape.
Little by little I untangled my own life. Layer after layer. Pattern after pattern.
Until one day I noticed something unexpected.
I no longer saw only my own patterns.
I could see them everywhere.
I began recognizing the invisible architectures shaping other people's lives long before they could see them themselves.
That became the foundation of Smart Synergy Space.
Over the past twenty-three years I have worked with thousands of people. A few of their stories, shared with permission, are on this site. Sometimes one conversation is enough to change the direction of someone's life forever. Sometimes real transformation takes months or even years. Every human system unfolds at its own pace.
There is no universal timeline for becoming yourself.
That held true for people. It turned out to hold for everything else too.
One System
I don't separate the mind from the body. I don't separate psychology from biology. I don't separate consciousness from everyday habits. To me, a human being is one interconnected living system.
Your thoughts influence your nervous system.
Your relationships influence your body.
Your environment shapes your attention.
Your nutrition shapes your energy.
Your habits become your identity.
Everything is connected.
This is why my work goes far beyond mindset. I study and redesign entire human systems.
Most people have never experienced what genuine health or sustainable energy actually feels like. Their body isn't broken. It's been adapting for years instead of functioning.
The Framework
Through decades of observation, research, experimentation, and thousands of conversations, I gradually discovered recurring principles that govern how people interact with themselves and with the world around them.
Those principles eventually became Smart Synergy Space.
No one taught me this framework. It wasn't borrowed from a school, a certification, or a single philosophy. It emerged from twenty-three years of learning, researching, making mistakes, rebuilding my own life, and helping other people rebuild theirs.
I didn't inherit freedom. I fought for it. I built it.
Today I'm raising my daughter, homeschooling her myself and taking full responsibility for her health and education — raising her to think freely, outside the system, as someone who creates rather than complies. I'm married, and the partnership I've built there is the clearest proof I have that none of this is just theory: real trust, openness, freedom, and respect for each other's boundaries.
That is why I call myself a Mental & Vital Architect.
Because before I could show anyone else their architecture... I had to find my own.
